How Documents Is Organized
| Section | What's there |
|---|---|
| Tax files, by year | K-1s for that year (Play Money and imported), a coverage line like "4 of 5 K-1s in", and year-level reports you can download |
| Investment records | Subscription agreements, custodian packs, and imported legal docs for each investment or outside position |
| Identity & verification | Secure copies of identity documents you submitted |
| Import history | Working files from portfolio imports (spreadsheets, screenshots) that weren't filed as a K-1 or legal doc. Collapsed by default |
Use the search box to find deals, positions, filenames, or years across everything at once.
Downloads and Reports
For each tax year that has data, you may see:
- Tax summary CSV
- Accountant package ZIP of the year's tax documents
- Distribution summary (only when you received distributions that year)
- Capital accounts, all positions as CSV or PDF
When K-1s are still outstanding, the accountant package notes that it is incomplete for now. Outside-position files in those packages require Play Money Pro.
Every download requires you to be signed in. Files are never shared through public links.

Tax Center vs Documents
- Tax Center is where you track K-1 coverage, capital accounts, activity, and QSBS for a tax year.
- Documents is where you browse and download the actual files and year-level packages.
They link to each other. From Tax Center, use View all documents when you want the full vault.
Common Questions
Can I get all my documents in one place? Yes. That is what Documents is for. Investment detail pages still show the documents for that investment; Documents shows everything together.
How long are documents available? Your documents remain available while your account is active. K-1 tax forms are retained for historical tax years.
My subscription agreement still says "Pending." When will it be ready? Subscription agreements become available after your funding batch is settled. The status message under the document tells you the current stage.
I invested through my IRA but don't see custodian documents. Custodian documents become available once the SPV account is provisioned. If the status shows Pending, check back shortly.
