Viewing Your Bank Accounts

To see your linked bank accounts, go to your account settings by clicking your avatar and selecting "Settings." The Bank Accounts section shows all accounts you have linked, including:

• The bank name
• The account type (checking or savings)
• The last four digits of the account number
• Which account is set as your default

Setting a Default Account

If you have more than one linked account, you can set one as your default. Your default account is automatically pre-selected when you make new investments using ACH. To change your default, go to account settings and select the account you want.

Removing a Bank Account

To remove a linked bank account, go to account settings, find the account you want to remove, and select the option to disconnect it.

Common Questions

Can I link accounts from different banks? Yes. You can link accounts from multiple banks. Each account is linked separately through Plaid.

What if my bank is not listed in Plaid? Plaid supports thousands of banks, but some smaller institutions may not be available. If your bank is not listed, you can use wire transfer as an alternative. See Funding Sources.

Is my banking information secure? Yes. Your bank credentials are handled entirely by Plaid and are never stored or visible to Play Money. The connection uses bank-grade encryption.

Can I link a business bank account? Yes. You can link business bank accounts through Plaid, though availability depends on your bank's support for Plaid connections.
