Portfolio Overview

How to navigate and understand your portfolio page

Your portfolio page gives you a bird's-eye view of all your investments. Here is how to read it and find what you need.

The Portfolio Summary

At the top of the portfolio page, you will see a summary showing your investment totals at a glance:

These numbers update automatically as your investments progress through their lifecycle.

The Attention Section

If any of your investments need action from you, the Attention section appears prominently near the top of the page. Each item shows:

  • The company name and investment amount
  • A description of what needs your attention (for example, "Send your wire transfer" or "Complete identity verification")
  • A link to take action

Items in the Attention section are sorted by urgency — critical issues like payment failures appear first, followed by warnings like pending wire transfers.

For a full list of possible action items and what to do about each one, see Actions Required.

When you have no items requiring attention, this section does not appear.

The Investment Table

Below the summary and attention section, the investment table lists all of your investments. Each row shows:

ColumnDescription
Company nameThe company you invested in
AmountHow much you invested
StatusCurrent status — Committed, Pending, Funded, Cancelled, or Refunded
Status detailMore specific status when applicable (e.g., "Payment Processing")
DateWhen you made the investment

Finding Investments

Clicking an Investment

Click on any row in the investment table to open the full investment detail page. The detail page shows everything about that investment — status, progress, payment summary, documents, and timeline.

Common Questions

Why do I see different numbers than expected? The summary counts only include investments in their current active state. Cancelled or refunded investments are not counted in the Total Invested figure. If you recently made an investment, it may take a moment for the totals to update.

How often is the data updated? Your portfolio data updates in real time. When a payment is received, a status changes, or a new document becomes available, it is reflected immediately on the portfolio page.

Where can I see my tax documents? Tax documents (K-1 forms) are accessible from your Tax Center. You can reach it from the user menu by clicking "Taxes." Your Tax Center shows all taxable events across your investments, so you can see which investments will generate a K-1 in a given year. For more details, see Tax Forms and K-1s.
